How to Read Body Language in Business
Did you know that the importance of words in communication is only 8%?
The interesting thing is we send many messages through body language. Once you learn these, many possibilities will be opened to you as you will know how to identify and interpret the involuntary movements of your interlocutor and take advantage of these in a negotiation or meeting. The lost look, crossing of legs, rubbing of hands etc. will give you clues to know if someone feels receptive, if they doubt you, if a price is the block etc.
In this session you will be shown how to master and communicate through body language and how it is much more powerful than you realise.
The session will be delivered by Yuliya Tkach who is an experienced coach and NLP practicionar specialising in helping individuals to "leave their comfort zone" and achieve a true transformation in terms of their own abilities, self-esteem and, consequently in business and life as a whole .
