'Fritto Misto' lunch at a traditional restaurant
'Fritto misto' is a mixed of both savoury and sweet pieces of various foods (savery: cotolet, brain, sausage, frog, etc. sweet: biscuit, semolina, etc.) slightly fried following a very traditional recipe. We are going to a traditional restaurant just outside Turin Protected content from Turin's centre) in a village named Rivodora where we will have a long table booked for us. This is a very interesting culinary experience for our foreign friends who, of course, are not vegetarian or vegan (if you are, please, let me know and we will organise a different nmenù for you). We will spend a Sunday's lunch in a good atmoshere meeting old a new friends. Don't miss it ! :)
