Japanese Miso Ramen
Hope your summer vacations were great...unfortunately back to reality...but happy to see some of you at this event!
Ramen is a Japanese soup dish consisting of wheat noodles served in a meat-based broth, flavored with soy sauce or miso, and uses toppings such as sliced pork, dried seaweed, green onions and egg.
This restaurant is an international ramen chain and "only" has differet tye of miso based ramens. Miso is a traditional Japanese seasoning in the form of a thick paste. It is made from a combination of fermented soybeans, salt and water, koji (a fungus called Aspergillus oryzae) and rice, and a grain such as wheat or barley.
For this event, we do not have a set menu, therefore we each pay for what we order.
Looking forward to seeing you!
P.S.: As the number of participants is limited, please remember to keep your attendance updated so that someone else gets the chance to enjoy this yummy experience! :) Thank you!
