We can´t change the world, at least not quickly. But we can change our brain. By practicing simple and powerful MINDFULNESS skills, all of us have the capacity to develop a deeper sense of CALM & COMPASSION that can help us handle difficult moments with greater equanimity.
Science has shown us how powerful mindfulness can be as a tool to help us better manage our thoughts, emotions, attention, habits and more.
In this workshop, we´ll work on mindful skills, how to become a conscious observer of your own thoughts, techniques to master the present moment with mindful experiences & meditations. We will explore the secrets of life balance in a mindfulness lifestyle, Body-Mind-Spirit in harmony.
Tools & Techniques you will learn comes from ¨CIJ-Creative Insight Journey program´ ,based on a Sandford University Master’s degree class in transformation.
