Breathe to de-stress during These Strange Times
Hi everybody, I am offering an online breathwork group session. In these COVID times we go through ups and downs of feelings, worries and fear. When we breathe, we can connect to our inner freedom, the love and trust that is always within us.
Freeing ourselves from stress, shedding layers and bathe in pure relaxation.
Would love to introduce you to the power of the breath.
