Visit to bodega Bracco Bosca
Our appointment for the month of July is to the Bracco Bosca winery.
It was founded in Protected content its vineyards have been in the family for 5 generations. Originally from Piedmont, Italy, the family moved to Uruguay and established in Atlántida region to continue the wine tradition.
Among its main varieties are Tannat, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Souvignon Blanc, all of superior quality, valued both in our country, and in Europe and the US.
We will be hosted by Fabiana Bracco, its owner and we will share an exclusive lunch for us, accompanied by their wines
Brushcettas capresse and mushrooms (Tannat without barrel / Blend of Tannat Syrah / Petit Verdot)
Main dish :
Road steak with green salad and pickled eggplant (Reserva Tannat / Reserva Petit Verdot)
Vanilla ice cream with caramelized figs (Tannat liqueur)
(Ask for options for vegetarians, vegans, celiacs or diabetics).
