We invite you to the beautiful Bodega Spinoglio winery.
After a visit of the facilities, we will carry out a night harvest in their vineyards using head lanterns! We will participate in the whole process of wine-making in manual micro-vinifications of red varieties and of course, the most fun, the classic treading of grapes, as our grandparents did!
Afterwards, we will enjoy a delicious dinner under the stars prepared by the chef of the winery and accompanied by their wines.
Reception in the Garden
Table with a variety of cheeses and breads. Wine: Sauvignon Blanc Diego Spinoglio.
Paired Wines: Chardonnay Diego Spinoglio and Merlot Diego Spinoglio
Main Course of your choice (with advanced selection):
Sirloin steak with baked potatoes
Agnolotis pasta of spinach and ricotta with rosemary, almonds and olive charcoal
Paired Wines: Tannat Diego Spinoglio and Cabernet Franc Diego Spinoglio
Cheesecake with Kumquats from the winery's gardens.
Paired Wine: Natural sparkling Walicxe

Reservations require advance payment to be effective (payments can be made by money order or bank deposit (BROU, Itaú or Santander) or Mi Dinero Red Pagos ). The data will be sent individually to those who make the reservation.
