Red Arrow Airshow
The Red Arrows, the world-renowned aerobatics display team of the Royal Air Force (RAF), will put on an air show next Thursday near Kuwait Towers, said a statement by the Defense Ministry Tuesday.
The Defense Ministry's public relations department said that the show, to be attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Sheikh Mohammad Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, would commence at 3:00 p.m. local time on September 28.
The Red Arrows did a show in Kuwait back in November. The British unit had been performing for over 50 years and had visited 16 countries including Kuwait.
- Wear comfortable clothes & shoes
- Carry Water;
- Carry Sunblock;
- Be prepared to walk;
- Carry a Camera and/or Video Came. In case you have a DSLR, it would be nice if you have a good zoom lens though not compulsory;
- Wear a Cap/Hat;

- Find a parking spot away from the Towers, getting in/out make be delayed/difficult;
- Find a good spot and make sure the Sun is behind you and the towers in front of you. Shooting against the sun (unless you are a professional) may be an issue as you photographs/video the planes will be dark (as in shadows);
Try to enjoy the event. If lost or you need guidance, please contact me on my cell phone. Sending me messages will not help as I'll be busy and won't have the time to respond to emails. Try and make a regular call as the Internet may be overloaded which will result in calls dropping.
