Chili en nogada is one of the typical dishes of the cuisine of the state of Puebla. It has been called the "poblano dish per excellence".

The colors of the poblano peppers, nogada cream and pomegranate symbolize those of the flag of Mexico.

Internationally, it is considered one of the finest and representative dishes of Mexican haute cuisine.

Our Chef Paulina Lara will give a class to learn how to prepare this delicious dish and be ready for the month of September when Mexico's Independence celebration takes place.
