It has been rated one of the 50 Best restaurants in Latin America, up there with Pujol, Quintonil, and Maximo, and featured by Anthony Bourdain, Ruth Reichl, and others; the current head chef is one of the founders of the Mexican Slow Food movement; and we had an amazing time when we met up there in May--but a lot of people I know here still haven't gone to Restaurante Nico's in Clavería.

We had such a great time last time that we're doing it again, this time for (early) dinner! Since there was some confusion last time: please note that if you don't pay the deposit by the deadline, you will NOT be able to attend. Also, note that we'll probably be dining "family style", sharing about a dozen dishes; if you have any food allergies or restrictions, they can accommodate that easily as long as you let me know about those when you send me your deposit confirmation. When we went there last time, we split the bill evenly and everyone ended up paying about MXN1000pp including wine, cocktails, and tip. (If you won't be drinking alcohol, we can divvy up the food bill and the drinks bill separately; just let me know in advance.)

Protected content is always in demand, we have to put down a very large deposit, so I'm asking that folks RSVP by putting down 150MXN. I'll post the payment details soon.
