A kitchen that used all the techniques and ingredients of the different regions of Japan was already needed. Protected content opened and with it, a spectacular option to try rolls, snacks and specialties that you will not find anywhere else.

The chef travels, in a letter capable of fulfilling any craving, the best of Japanese cuisine. In addition, it has a speakeasy where you can try drinks prepared with Asian influence and have a great time in an intimate atmosphere.

Our recommendations:

The orense salad: bleached and pressed spinach with soy sauce, miso and rice vinegar. It is crowned with pieces of pralines to give it a crispy and sweet touch.

Shabu shabu: This is a bottom of fish that arrives at your table on a grill and a series of side dishes to prepare it to your liking.

Different vegetables such as mushrooms and cabbage are complemented with Rib Eye or pork. Once that is cooked and there is only the “caldito”, a waiter will remove it and then return it with udon pasta, ramen or rice, whatever you want. Remember that in Japan it is allowed to drink directly from the bowl.

To close with a flourish, we recommend matcha ice cream with raspberry and a Japanese Negroni.
