Michele Schalin, Mindfulness Coach will be discussing meditation, the benefits, misconceptions, and the best approach to meditation practice. She will be talking about the information the scientific community has been sharing with us, different meditation styles, and the best positive approach to ensure your success.
Michele will also discuss the various ways she uses meditation to help with anxiety, regulating strong emotions, having more control over her thoughts, increasing her energy level, healing from emotional trauma, living mindfully, and spiritual connection.
Participants are encouraged to interact sharing their experiences with meditation or asking any questions. At the end, Michele will lead us in a 10-minute meditation.
