Changing Your Subconscious Sabotaging Beliefs

Michele Schalin, Mindfulness Coach will be discussing how you can change the subconscious beliefs that are holding you back from the life you want to have. She will be talking about the information the scientific community has been sharing with us from decades of brain research about how we can actually make physical changes in our brain that will change our thinking and our behavior.
Michele will talk about the brain's vibrational frequency and when it is the most receptive to absorbing and learning new beliefs and the physiological changes that actually happen. She will also share simple techniques and habits you can use that will transform your life!
Participants are encouraged to interact sharing their experiences with this new science and ask any questions. At the end, Michele will lead us in a 10-minute meditation.
