Ready to Join?

Dear all,

It’s our regular jogging/running session again. It’s 1 hr exercise. You can walk, jog or run on your own pace, not a competition. If you plan on jogging more than 1 hr, you can come either early before 10h or stay late after 11h. If you plan on jogging less than 1h, you can come late after 10h, and join us on the trail. We’ll have coffee/juice and chat after as usual.

Tomorrow is cooling down vers 20c in the morning. We look forward to seeing you!

NB. eat something healthy and light 30mins or1h before exercise gives you good energy.
