Let's discover the influences between Morrocan and Senegalese cuisine with Couscous.

Couscous is a staple berber food throughout the Maghrebi cuisines of Algeria, Tunisia, Mauritania, Morocco, and Libya.

We will discover berber influence in Senegal with the Thiéré couscous (wolof cere) , the Senegalese variant of couscous.

The 2 types of couscous will be served: Morrocan and Senegalese.
