Cime tempestose! Market and Cooking Workshop
👨🍳 The cooking workshops start at 10 in the center of Piazzetta Pasolini and are made by the chef Paolo "Maolo" Torreggiani together with producers and their seasonal products. In a refined laboratory each participant brings home the result of their work
🔥 At 12.30 the Open Forno, the wood-burning oven of the Grano Alto Community, turns on, an appointment for home bakers and those who want to become one, to bake their own bread.
