Dear Yoga friends,
welcome to a Mindful Yoga class for every one.
Based on a conscious practice of traditional Hatha Yoga,
the aim of our session is to improve the physical body health,
calm our mind and connect with our inner self.
There is no previous yoga experience required.
Mats, covers and cushions available.
Please, arrive 10 to 15minutes in advance,
wear comfortable clothes
and feel very welcome!
