Slow Flow Yoga Class
A 75 minute slow-flow class open to all levels of yogis! This vinyasa-flow style class will allow you to flow through twisting, standing, balancing, and weight bearing postures at a steady slow pace, with modification suggestions for more advanced yogis who would like to go further, as well as modifications for those just starting their yoga journey.
You are welcome to bring your own mat, but there will be mats for you to use at the studio if needed. Instruction will be in English.
