Yoga Workshop: Loose shoulders - strong back!
Get back into your body after this cold spell and get ready for spring! Loosen your shoulders and tighten your stomach while training your back!
I am back! to teach this intensive, Protected content workshop for those who wish to relax their shoulders, stretch the neck and strengthen back and abs. It is suited for all levels and will leave you relaxed and energized, ready to tackle it all.
I teach yoga with Vinyasa flow and elements from Ashtanga. The workshop will be held in English!
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle for afterwards and remember to not have eaten for at least 2 hours prior to class.
