Happy Weekend Yoga
Welcome to Happy Weekend Yoga!
During the 75 minutes session we will focus on finding balance, contentment and happiness via physical postures and exercises (asanas), controlled breathing, and the calming of the mind through relaxation and meditation to get unstressed and powered up for the weekend ahead.
THE COURSE IS TARGETING BEGINNER AND INTERMEDIATE LEVEL.
Yoga equipment is available. If you enroll yourself and in case you can not join, please de-register latest 24 hours in advance.
