Saturday Yoga Classes
🧘♀ Hi everyone! My name is Látika, this is my sanskrit spiritual name. My birth name is Lola.
I practice hatha yoga for about 4 years now. I am a certified yoga teacher. My teaching experience started from November Protected content .
My approach to yoga classes is gentle and individual. I prefer people leave the classes not tired and exhausted, but fulfilled, energized and relaxed. Every class we pay attention to the stretching of the whole body parts, then we spend some time for strengthening our muscles, than we do deep relaxation and breathing techniques.
My genuine dream is to help people learn to connect with their bodies and relax their minds.
