Special Lecture: "Living With The Disaster"
We will continue with this debate after the preview Fukushima in February Protected content .
This event is part of the cycle: " what depends on us"
In the Fukushima area, people are learning to coexist with the contamination and to recompose their lives in the invisible dangers of the disaster. This last meeting of the cycle reminds us that the end of the world is only the end of a world.
This last session focuses on the area of Fuskushima, Japan, and its surroundings. A territory where the worst has already happened, where the apocalypse is not spectacular but is throbbing. The inhabitants learn to coexist with the contamination and to recompose their lives in the invisible dangers of the disaster. The flowers transmute and explode in a wild rebirth. The success of the theses of the collapse should not make us forget that the end of the world as it is now is only the end of a world - other peoples who knew the end of theirs can testify - and that the disaster has already taken place in certain parts of the planet.
