Club Bourdain Dinner: Burger Party Edition

IMPORTANT: Limited spots. Attendance only with paid reservation (50% deposit) before 3 Feb (cut-off date)

At this event, we'll gather to have dinner with recipes by Anthony Bourdain (+ others), in a lounge with music, and a beer and cocktail bar.

Menu:
Appetizer: “Grill Bitch” bar nuts
Peanuts, walnuts & cashew nuts blend, toasted with sugar, cinnamon & cayenne pepper

Main: 2 burgers + fries Protected content of imperial IPA

Burger 1: “Bourdain Classic”* (Anthony Bourdain's favorite) - double 100gr meat medallion, double cheddar and double bacon, onion and ketchup, on a potato bun

Burger 2: “Emilia”* (created by the famous Italian chef Massimo Bottura Protected content medallion of a blend of meat, Parmesan cheese and chorizo ​​and red wine demi glace, in a brioche bread, with balsamic vinegar mayonnaise, & olive oil and parsley sauce (+ a touch of anchovy and capers)

Dessert: blueberry, banana & peanut paste sorbet, w/ grated bittersweet chocolate topping
