Iyengar Yoga cancelled today
A breve explanation about this little workshop Iyengar yoga: my intention is to give you some very practical short exercises how to gain muscle strength and energy behind your desktop, as I presume many of you are spending a lot of time behind a laptop or desktop, isn’t it?
Also I will show you a short practice how to empty your mind before going to bed in order to have a better quality of sleep.
Then I would like to teach you what to do in the morning even before you get up so the first steps you make to start the day will be in a good manner having an effect on the rest of the day.
Depending on the time you would like to spend we can continue with a sequenc of asanas that we eventually can build up in next workshops.
What Iyengar yoga does: it’s a process of awareness of the body, to put it in alignment, so gravity will have a different effect; instead of undergoing the heaviness, you can enjoy the reaction of the gravity coming back from the earth and uplifting your whole system.
