A peaceful walk along the coast of İnciraltı City Forest
Let’s walk on the seashore at a very calm and natural place of the city and relax our minds on the last Sunday of the year!
İnciraltı City Forest is a recreation area hosting various kinds of trees, with walking and cycling tracks, and beautiful seaside. It is also a campsite in May, hosting Protected content students coming from all over Turkey, for the Youth Festival.
We will walk along the coast of this forest, through a beautiful picnic area. Then we will reach a pond and cross over a bridge to pass to İnciraltı coast.
There, if the majority accepts, we will eat 'balık ekmek' (fish in bread) in one of the small boat restaurants. The rest may buy and bring sandwich from the cafe and eat at the boat.
After this modest meal, if the weather is cool enough we may have a chance to enjoy our tea while sitting around a wood burning stove on one of the boats.
Lastly, we will end the day by walking to the İnciraltı bus stop.
Please join us even if you are not a photographer. The aim is to have a peaceful day together, in a relaxing atmosphere.
