A day with colorful clothings and musical instruments.
Our Photo tour on this winter weekend is to Ege University Museum of Etnography.
The building was an old Vinegar House (Sirke Hane) in old days, and now serves as a pretty museum.
In the main showroom traditional clothings of Anatolia, Balkan, and Thrace are displayed (mainly presented on mannequins)
In the yard building, traditional musical Instruments from Anatolia, Balkan,Thrace and Caucasian are displayed.
All items are original objects donated by families to Ege University for this Project.
The entrance fee is 10 TL Protected content for Ege University personnel)
We will meet Protected content
After our visit, we will pass to Büyük Park which is just across to the museum.
(We may have a little walk in Büyük Park for the ones who have not seen it)
And then we will go to Portakal Cafe there.
NOTE: Please be informed that this is a NON-SMOKING event and Smoking at our table will not be appreciated even if the cafe permits it.
Please join us even if you are not a photographer.
Main aim is to discover a different place in İzmir and enjoy the day together.
