Meditation for the Modern Man

The main purpose of this group is to help all the InterNations members get success in their activities.
Our Friend Claudia García Cornejo AKA SHANTI, invites us to the presentation of meditation in movement that will prepare us to relax into silence.
We live in a world where constantly we are bombarded by all sort of impulses from sound, traffic, technology, communications etc. that burdens us with to much stress.
Specially this year that has taken us from our comfort zone.
A 2 hour event in zoom with an introduction, presentation and some practice so you can have the experience and discover the effect in you.
Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
