Let us use the nice summer weather and head to the Gasterntal, a pristine mountain valley near Kandersteg in the Bernese Oberland. We will embark on an easy hike, getting to know each other while discussing professional topics in a relaxed setting. Alongside networking and enjoying the stunning nature, we will have a brief session on a specific everyday work-related challenge. I'll prepare three topics, and we'll dive into the one the majority chooses. This will be an opportunity to share insights and, if suitable, engage in a short exercise to support personal development in the workplace.

Bring your backpack, enough to drink, sunscreen, and snacks for a picnic.
