Let us use the nice late summer weather and head to the Kiental, a pristine mountain valley near Reichenbach in the Bernese Oberland. We will embark on an hike, getting to know each other while discussing professional topics in a relaxed setting. Alongside networking and enjoying the stunning nature, we will have a brief session on a specific everyday work-related challenge. I'll prepare three topics, and we'll dive into the one the majority chooses. This will be an opportunity to share insights and, if suitable, engage in a short exercise to support personal development in the workplace.

Our journey starts with a view of the Tschingel Lake, followed by the stunning Bärenpfad trail, leading us to Gamchi with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. We’ll finish the day by heading back to Griesalp, where we can catch the 4:43 p.m. bus back.
