The best back Training - the GYROTONIC Expansion System ® is a holistic concept of movement that considers the body as a unit.

The 1st course starts Monday 6:45 pm with 3 persons, the 2nd course Thursday, 23th November, 6:30 pm again with max. 3. Further courses can be offered if there are more attendees.

A GYROTONIC ® Personal training lasts 1 hour. In these 60 minutes the attention of the trainer is with you. After 10 hours you can train alone, in a duo or in a trio on the device. You can also bring the learned into other forms of training such as GYROKINESIS ® courses, yoga, Pilates or Qigong and effectively implement them for you. GYROTONIC ® and GYROKINESIS ® method were developed by Juliu Horvath, an art Turner, ballet dancer and swimmer. When injuries and pain severely curtailed his bodily possibilities, he began to seek healing in eastern medicine such as yoga, Tai Chi and Acupuncture.
