Bollywood dance and MasalaBhangra Workout - Sweat with Smile!!
Arranging next combi(mix of Level#1 and 2 with a fresh routine and some new dance moves). I will keep the level such that intermediate and beginners could also enjoy. Please note that this is going to be Protected content session this time with upto 5 mins break:).
Following is the theme:
1. Entering into Spirit of Bollywood(Warm-up)
2. Repeating/Refining old dance movements and Learning new Bollywood dance movements
3. Cardio and toning on Bollywood songs
4. Celebration on a Bollywood drama song
5. Cool down(Breath of safety)
Basic fitness level is required. Comfortable clothing(as we are going to sweat) and dance shoes with soft soles or barefoot are required as it's a carpeted dance floor.
Donation: 20CHF (Cash only please) for place, preparation and other refreshments.
Please note that due to the limitation of place I might not be able to accommodate everyone so please be fast with RSVP:). Request you to avoid "no show-up" after RSVP = Yes until it's really urgent and important.
