Join us in for LONGEVITY exercising with Eva Polakova, newly graduated ISOHA student.
Eva has been practicing Tai-chi for the past 5 years and many of you know her from walking group, so you're welcome to join this class to find balance in your body, build more energy and get rid of blocks in body&soul.
Explore the ancient Art of Chinese Yoga more commonly known as Nei Kung ( means Internal Training). These are the same postures/asanas that originated in India and were adapted to Chinese Philosophy over Protected content ago. Bruce Lee was the first Chinese native to introduce these practices to the western world.
