After last Sunday’s meeting, we got motivation from our fantastic runners who completed the Rundumadum Protected content challenge. That’s why I decided that every weekend I will dedicate to run pieces of the route in order to enjoy a little bit of this unique experience.
The idea is to run phase 1 of Rundumadum backwards, so we will finish at an easy-to-access public transportation point. We will meet at 9:00 am in Protected content
The estimated distance is 23 km with less than Protected content elevation. Going backwards is easier than normal route since we will climb less. The pace will be relaxed, trying to average 6:30 or even 7:00. This means that we will walk and wait for those during the climb.
Please bring all the required liquids and extra energy you may need, as well as extra dry clothes to change once you are finished. It’s recommended to run with a running backpack. In case you get tired, there are public buses running around (Kahlenberg), however you may need to wait a while for the next bus.
