Dear Asian Cuisine Lovers,

We are so happy to announce our annual Indonesian lunch next 22th September Protected content .

We will have Indonesian Cuisine, Topeng/Mask Balinese Dance (confirmed) and also a presentation of how to make Indonesian Batik.

As you already know, Indonesian Cuisine is one of the most vibrant and colourful cuisines in the world. Indonesia is composed of approximately 6,000 populated islands of the total 18,000 in the world's largest archipelago, and has around 5,350 traditional recipes, with 30 of them considered the most important.

Please find below The menu for Indonesian lunch:

Entry :
- Lumpia
(a deep fried spring roll of Chinese origin commonly found in Indonesia)
- Rempeyek
(a deep-fried savoury javanese cracker made from flour (usually rice flour) with other ingredients (can be peanut or teri - dried anchovies) bound or coated by crispy flour batter.
- Gado-Gado
(Vegetable Salad with Peanut Sauce)

Main :
- Tumpeng
(a cone-shaped yellow turmeric rice dish with side dishes of vegetables and meat. Traditionally featured in the javanese ceremony, the rice is made by using a cone-shaped woven bamboo container.
- Rendang
(Minangkabau/Sumatra Island stewed meat dish with Coconut milk)
- Mie Goreng
(a flavorful and spicy fried noodle dish)
- Ayam Goreng Kuning
(Indonesian turmeric fried chicken)
- Telor Balado
(hard boiled eggs and coated with chili sauce or sambals)
- Urap
(a salad dish of steamed vegetables mixed with seasoned and spiced grated coconut for dressing)
- Sambal Tempe
( a traditional hot sauce or paste typically made from a mixture of a variety of chili peppers with tempe - a traditional soy product originating from Indonesia. It is made by a natural culturing and controlled fermentation process that binds soybeans into a cake form. Tempeh is the only major traditional soy food that did not originate from Greater Chinese cuisine)

Dessert :
- Es Campur
(Mixed Fruit Shaved Ice Dessert)

Beverage :
- White/Rosé Wine
- Softdrink
- Juice
- Mineral Water

Our lunch will be made by Indonesian Chef, Mrs. Ipah, she was responsible for Indonesian Olympic Delegation Last Year at Rio Olympic Protected content .

Payment will be done by 01st September Protected content , the deposit/transfer details will be sent thru message. We will only put Your name on the confirmed List after the payment is done.
