Creative Meditation Session
If you have ever wanted to learn to meditate, develop stress-busting techniques, feel calmer, get to know your real self or just feel a little more peaceful…the solution may be closer than you think, let's share a session of guided meditation based on Raja Yoga discipline.
Dedicate yourself a silent space in between, to provide moments of reflection and realisation, with the aim to progressively take you deeper into an experience of meditation and the power of the soul by experienced meditators.
