Take joy in harvesting your own herbs-- grown right in the heart of Poblacion-- and making these into your own delightful pesto pasta for lunch with the help of our guest chef.

All of our urban greens are free of chemical pesticides which is just one of the many benefits of hydroponic farming. Learn more about hydroponics, sustainable agriculture, and the present challenges of Philippine farming as the conversations continue over lunch and tea.

About Urban Greens:
Urban Greens was founded on October Protected content its mission to evolve the Philippine’s vegetable food scene by introducing cleaner, fresher, smarter grown greens – grown entirely hydroponically. This means without the use of soil, but with much less water needed compared to conventional farming. It’s non-GMO with no need for pesticides, fertilizers and fungicides.

The company is currently working on large-scale hydroponic rooftop and indoor systems. The overall goal is to reclaim all unused rooftops as well as to create the largest indoor farm in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
