Discover Your Why - Your Compass towards a Fulfilled Work & Life
You are invited to join our next evening workshop where we will focus on our "Why". The Power of Why as a concept has been developed by Simon Sinek, motivational speaker. During our evening session, Dagmar Hopf, business coach, will guide you through the process and exploration of your own "Why".
After the workshop, there will be an opportunity to network and socialize among the participants.
The Power of Why -
Discover your why and have your very own compass towards a fulfilled work and life
“Don't quit. Never give up trying to build the world you can see, even if others can't see it. Listen to your drum and your drum only. It's the one that makes the sweetest sound.” -- Simon Sinek
Are you dissatisfied with your job, the work you’re currently doing?
Are you doubting yourself, stopping yourself from being more you?
Do you experience restlessness, something missing, and do ask yourself often “is this it”?
Do you feel a desire for something more meaningful, something you believe in?
Are you searching for purpose and direction, for what you really want in life?
What about your drum? Can you hear it? What does it tell you?
Your drum – that’s the voice of your why, i.e. your purpose, cause or belief – your reason to get out of bed every day. When you know your why you have your very own compass. This compass guides you when making decisions – decisions at work and decisions in life. It helps you to stay focused and enables you to say no. It serves as a point of reference for everything you do going forward. Following this compass allows you to create a meaningful and fulfilled work and life.
During this workshop, you will:
- get introduced to the concept of Why by Simon Sinek
- learn about the benefits of having clarity on your why
- work through several exercises exploring your why
- construct your personal why statement
Are you in to find your why and get started with living a fulfilled life?
Please bring pen and paper for the exercises.
