In Japan, there is a Boudhist pilgrimage as famous as The Camino de Santiago in Europe. It connects 88 sacred places on Shikoku Island, covering nearly 1,200 kilometres in a loop. This path follows in the footsteps of the monk Kôbô Daishi founder of the Shingon Boudhism.
Sophie Lavaur made this pilgrimage alone, in 50 days. She will tell her peregrination and will share some insights about her inner adventure, then she will answer questions from the participants.

This participatory conference will provide an opportunity to discuss beyond participants and choose the questions you want to ask to our speaker Sophie.

Sophie Lavaur has been Director of Communications at various international companies. She is now a coach and communications consultant, and accompanies executives who wish to take a new look at their practices. She is also a photographer ( Protected content ) and runs a Facebook page dedicated to the Shikoku pilgrimage. She is the author of Le Pèlerinage de Shikoku, in images and words (Éditions Sully).
