The family-run business serves a broad range of freshly made Mediterranean cuisine, from lamb and chicken kabobs, roast lamb shank plate to three types of Börek/Gözleme (fried filled pastries made of a thin flaky dough known as phyllo filled with cheese, minced meat, or vegetables), traditional appetizers such as tzasiki and hummus, and fresh kisir, piyaz and Mediterranean salads.
Turkish kebabs are the main meat dish with a great variety of cooking methods. Under the names of Döner Kebab, Adana Kebab, Bursa Kebab, Ali Nazik and İskender. Kebabs have various cooking methods depending on the ingredients and the way of cooking, generally served with rice, bulgur rice and greens.
