Vegan Cheesemaking Workshop

Join me to an amazing cheesemaking workshop and learn how to make your own 100% vegan cheese!
In this fantastic workshop we will explore different ingredients and techniques to prepare plant-based, gluten-free cheese, cheesy sauces, probiotic cultured, fermented cheese and more!
We are going to make 4 different kinds of cheese per day and we will take all of them home, if we won't eat them there ;)
The workshop will take place in a higly recommended macrobiotic cooking school.
The course last 3 days, 1 level per day (you can do only one level/day but to do the next you must have done the previous one).
Price for each day is 60€, and it should be paid in advance minimun one week before.
I recommend to book a place as soon as posible because the course is so popular and the spots are limited.
The workshop will be taught in SPANISH, but if the demand is high we can arrange this workshop in English on another day.

1st day program:
• Theory for cheese making: everything you need to know to be able to make a balanced cheese
• Ingredients to use and their effect on our body
• Where to buy everything you need from ingredients
• Home materials that you can use
Cheeses that we will work:
• Smoked seeds cheese ball with herbs
• Tender cashew cheese to make slices
• Semi-cured dried fruit cheese with figs
• Spread cheese with dried tomates
