In this workshop, we will learn to control our autoimmune system and push it to a new level.
Through proper nutrition, breathing, exercise and cold treatment you will be able to influence your immune system, reduce your suffering caused by autoimmune diseases and over time free yourself from it.
Even if you are healthy, without any chronic diseases, these exercises and methods will boost your immune system and increase your performance in life & sports.
We meet each week to practice yoga & strength exercises, breathing, meditation and learn the benefits of cold exposure together.
Please bring a yoga/fitness mat.
