Why do YOGA?

Classes will be similar to the last few - slow and gentle with time for beginners and pros to adjust in each asana/pose. For the more demanding poses, two or three variations will be offered to meet broad needs and abilities.
You will not be muted during this activity (unless there is a lot of background noise around you). You will be encouraged to interact with the instructor and others throughout the class either by briefly asking about a particular asana, expressing your appreciation during a pose or simply grunting or giggling out of pleasure or pain =:) You are of course free to turn your microphone off at any time.
