Let’s start the week with Sun salutations and nice and refreshing Hatha yoga!

Class will be held in English. No previous experience necessary. It is advisable not to have large meals 2 hours before the class.
Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutation, is a series of postures that warms, strengthens, and aligns the entire body. It serves as an all-purpose yoga tool. We will move slowly and deliberately, and you'll feel how the sequence becomes a sort of moving meditation.
