Let’s start the week with Sun salutations and nice and refreshing Hatha yoga!
Please try to join Protected content before, if possible with the camera on. Class will be held in English and no previous experience is necessary. It is advisable not to have large meals 2 hours before the class.
We are planning to have nice and relaxed Hatha yoga class, starting with the breathing, following by few variants of Sun salutations, hatha yoga asanas and on the end of the class I would encourage you also to join in for 10 minutes of relaxation part.
Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutation, is a series of postures that warms, strengthens, and aligns the entire body. It serves as an all-purpose yoga tool. We will move slowly and deliberately, and you'll feel how the sequence becomes a sort of moving meditation.
