Calm Yin yoga is a deeply relaxing class of sweet stretches practiced in a cozy warm room. Yin targets your deep connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones and also improves the flow of qi. Qi, better known to yogis as prฤna, which means life force. It is breath or energy that flows through the body. Improved qi flow harmonises organ health, the immune system, and emotional well-being.
Calm Yin is the perfect complement to yang (more energetic) forms of exercise.
