Emotions are this powerful constellation of thought, and feeling, and bodily sensations. So emotions in one way are a more complex phenomenon than thought. When we're experiencing an emotion, we really can begin to feel it and understand it in all of these different aspects.
What does it feel like in the body? What thoughts are being generated by the emotion? What's the flavour in the mind? In the heart? With anger, or with love, or with compassion, or anxiety?
