Liz's Yin Yoga!
Yin Yoga is a slow paced yoga, the asana’s are held for a longer period, ideal for stretching, balancing and strengthening the body and clearing the mind!
Please log in 5 minutes ahead of start.
Wear comfortable clothes, use a yoga mat and cushion/towel/blocks and a bottle of water.
