Meditation is a powerful practice. It can support you in slowing down, being more peaceful throughout your day, and gaining awareness about things you may have never noticed about yourself. It can help you find clarity, reduce anxiety and boost your immune system.

Come join us for a powerful guided meditation practice. This meditation practice will support you in changing your state of being.

There’s no cost to attend but I am recommending that participants makes a donation to Favela Inc’s Agrofavela project.
