Get Fit During an Active Break
Are you sitting for long periods of time during the day? Do you feel any tension in the neck, back or hip?
Then it is time to mobilise your joints, strengthen your core muscles and stretch.
You only need a mat to participate. You will feel more loose, motivated and fit after the workout.
Try to be online a few minutes before start time so as not to interrupt.
