Ready to Join?

This event is about developing daily routines. Please come and join us. We start our day with writing, followed by exercises and acquiring new languages. You are welcomed to attend all of the activities or choose the ones you wish to.

7:00 – 7:30 Short Exercise Routine
7:35 – 8:30 Writing in Silence
*The above times are based on the Amsterdam time zone (CET). Please convert into your own local time.

Writing in Silence:
After a short welcome, we start writing in silence (stories, academic writing, game play writing etc.. ) and briefly share our own progress at the end. If you are late please use only the chat to communicate.

Short Exercise Routine:
The exercises include breathing techniques, tai chi, faster exercises and mindfulness.

*The normal positive social norm: We kindly request to avoid spreading negativity or discussing politics, religions, or current controversies. Please be courteous, otherwise we will remove you from the events. Please identify yourself with your real name, camera on, communicate and stay polite and friendly, and make sure to have FUN!
